During a lunch meeting on October 12, 2009, RCW was honored with the visit of our District Governor Pedro Pablo Puky. 

The District Governor is required to visit each individual club one time during his year as DG and this was his first visit to RCW as the District Governor (DG). Pedro Pablo Puky was accompanied by assistant district governor Antony Owers.

In his introduction speech Pedro Pablo Puky discussed Rotary International's theme for this year: "The Future of Rotary is in Your Hands".

The topic of the lunch meeting was a presentation of fellow Dito Abbad on the developments on the campus of UNA (University of the Netherlands Antilles). Pedro Pablo Puky was able to learn first hand from one of the key architects of the UNA expansion project, how we are shaping the future knowledge center of our community.
